ABOUT ISAAC & DENCHUK

Peter Isaac started Isaac Surveys in Birds Hill in 1984. In 1985, he moved the company to Selkirk where it has remained a fixture ever since.

Dwayne Denchuk joined Peter Isaac as a professional land surveyor in 1993.

In 1996, Isaac Surveys transitioned from a sole proprietorship to a partnership with Peter Isaac and Dwayne Denchuk as equal partners. The company name was changed to Isaac & Denchuk.

In 1999, to meet growing demand and to provide better service to Interlake landowners, a seasonal consultation office was opened in Gimli. This office, open Wednesdays from May 1 to October 31, allows landowners in the region a better opportunity to consult with a land surveyor regarding their property and boundary issues.

2021 was a year of change.

After 37 years as a professional land surveyor, Peter Isaac sold his share of the partnership and moved into a well-deserved retirement.

Isaac & Denchuk transitioned from a partnership to a corporation - Isaac a & Denchuk Manitoba Land Surveyors Ltd.

Former employee Norman Nachtigall returned to the company as a professional land surveyor and shareholder.

Employee Michael Kozoway received his professional credentials and is now employed by the company in a professional capacity.

Looking ahead to 2022 and beyond, our goal is to continue to provide timely and economical professional land surveying services in the Selkirk-Interlake and East-Man regions.
